Briefly and without legal fog: we collect exactly what you type into the form, use it only to reply to you, pass it to nobody, and delete it on first request.

Only the form fields: name, restaurant and city, email or phone, number of venues, the POS you use, who will work in the system, and your message.
Plus the technical data any hosting keeps for any visit to any website: the request IP address and the time. We use it solely to limit how many submissions come from one address — spam protection.
To answer your request and prepare a review. No newsletters, no advertising, no profiling.
Your consent, given by the checkbox in the form. You can withdraw it at any moment by writing to egornegruta@fenomen-brand.com — the data will be deleted.
Nobody for their own purposes. The request passes through an email delivery service and lands in a mailbox — those are the only processors in the chain, and they act on our instruction.
We do not sell or hand over data to third parties, do not use it to train models, and do not mix it with the data of our working projects.
Correspondence about a request — up to twelve months from the last message, so the context of the conversation is not lost. After that we delete it. On your request — immediately.
There are no cookies. This site neither sets nor reads them.
There is anonymous visit statistics: how many people opened a page, which page, from what kind of device and from which country. No cookies, no identifiers and no data that could identify you — we see counts, not people.
Hence no consent banner: there is no personal data to collect here.
To learn what is stored about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, withdraw consent or demand that processing stops. Write to egornegruta@fenomen-brand.com — we answer within thirty days.
That is a separate story and is not covered here. The product is deployed on your server and in your database, and the keys are handed to you. The terms are fixed by contract before the work starts.
